DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders will de dispatched in 1 to 2 days after your payment.
If there happen to be any trouble with the order our customer service will contact you in 2 days.
The orders are sent through Colissimo (standard delivery), Chronopost Express or a dispatch rider (the same day in Paris exclusively). A signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery prices include preparation, packing and transport costs.
Transport costs vary with the weight of the order. We recommend that you group all your articles in only one order. We cannot group 2 orders placed separately and delivery costs will apply to each order.
Your order will be dispatched to your own risks.
We are delighted to provide full refunds for all purchases returned within 15 days in perfect condition*.
Please Note: Refunds can take up to 5 days to process. If you have not received a credit memo via e-mail or if you notice the money has not be credited back into your bank account, then please call + 33 6 14 20 44 and one of our sales team will look into this for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of reduced priced items or reimburse you for the difference after your order has been accepted.
